How to contact Wallapop
In Spain, there's an app called Wallapop where you can buy and sell shit from people. A bit like Facebook Marketplace.
However, it seems to be very difficult to get in touch with Wallapop. You might need to contact them when a problem happens, such as when Wallapop haven't sent you money they were supposed to send you, as has happened to me.
There's no obvious way to contact Wallapop. They have a Twitter account which you could contact as a last resort. However, I've found a way to contact them in the app. Here's how you do it.
First, tap on the three bars in the left hand corner of the app.
Then tap 'Ayuda', then 'Preguntas frecuentes'.
The tap 'Vender' and then 'No localizo mis anuncios'. Then scroll down and tap "Sigo teniendo dudas".
A contact form should appear.

I have looked up info that might help you resolve the Wallapop abuse faster. If you look up wallapop.com (with whois.com) you can see that they use a USA based firm as their registrar. If you wish to report any abuse? It shows the tel number to cantact The USA number is +1 2067 406 200 (or abuse contact email: abuse@amazonaws.com Cheers John.

I live in Spain too! It appears that this is a Barcelona based company that is making quite a good profit from being a "law all and one-to it's own" Your best bet is possibly to ask a European Lawyer + judge (or court) to deal with this. Your English letter is most likely just deleted and Normal Spanish "Castellano" does not work with legal notifications to my own expensive experience. Catalan person suing with a Catalan Judge might make a small ripple only. That's why I believe you should take action from another country like Holland and the case can be resolved without local prejudice. As a European resident, I believe you should have the right to a free lawyer? My expensive lawyers here (Murcia, Prov.)were ignored unless everything was translated to Catalan. Hope my comment is of use! I can't contact wallapop "legal secretary of company" either! Cheers John
