Dear Diary. This evening I did a Bodycombat class. I think the woman next to me in the class doesn't like me very much because I swing my arms around too much. My movements are too big and I risked hitting her once or twice.

I really got into the class. By the end, I was punching so hard that I scared the people waiting outside the class who were waiting to do the yoga class that came next. I saw a woman outside the class watching me with disbelief and shock at the amount of anger I was channelling through my punches.
