Dear Diary. Today I'm writing the last essay I'll ever write. This is the last essay I'll write because they're a waste of my time. I'm only doing it for the money, and even then they’re not even that well paid (I'm getting 140 pounds for a 2,000-word essay that will take me 7-8 hours to write.) It’s a day of my life wasted, just spent chasing money.

You'd think that because this is the last essay I'll ever do, I'd put loads of work into it. But no. It's the opposite in fact. I'm putting in as little effort as possible because I can't wait to finish it. I just don't give a shit anymore.

(I ended up finishing it three days later.)
