I have several websites hosted by Bluehost. Today when I tried to download a copy of my websites using Bluehost's Site Backup and Restore feature, I received a "parseerror":

I found the cause: Bluehost had logged me out for inactivity. Therefore, the solution was to simply refresh the page and log in again.
