Dear Diary. I thought I had my mouth pain under control but it got worse today. We went to Evil Mother-in-Law's apartment for lunch and for dessert I ate a custard roll, a cream roll, and slice of chocolate sponge cake. About ten minutes later my mouth started hurting. It felt like a boxer had punched me in the jaw. My mouth hurt so much that I had to go home early just so I could clean my teeth.

Girlfriend called the dentist and got my appointment moved to tomorrow.
