Mind fog
Dear Diary. I feel like I've had mind fog all day which is like a strange feeling when you can't focus. I blame it on the fact I reduced my testosterone dose from three packets to two packets a day. On a completely different topic, I’ve realised I need to be doing stretching every day to have some kind of stretching routine because the factor that's preventing me from doing more weightlifting and getting a better physique is my lower back. After all, my lower back hurts sometimes. Think I need to stretch it more, if I can do a stretching routine every day, I think that'll help.
