A week overdue

29th March 2022 Paul Chris Jones

Dear Diary. Still no baby, it’s a week overdue now. As far as I'm concerned, the baby can stay in there forever. Because as soon as it's born, I know my life is going to turn upside down. I won't be able to sleep.

Girlfriend wants the baby to come as soon as possible because she's sick of being pregnant now. I spoke to Adam today for an hour and a half. He saw what I look like without my shirt off now and he says that I'm ripped which is good. He was very surprised because all my life I've been a weakling. I’m putting on muscle. It's partly because I take testosterone but it's also big because I exercise most days of the week. My free testosterone is above average now, it's not off the charts but I don't want it to be. Above average is fine. I’m trying to get it to be in the top 5% of men ideally, but I'm not there yet.

I have to finish the book I'm already writing which is about the three years that I spent in Canada, sounds like a boring book but I assure you it's fairly interesting. It's got various crimes in it like shoplifting and drugs. And I've got to write a book about my childhood, not sure what to call that one. I think I'll call the Canada book “An Idiot in Canada.”

I took 4-year-old to his swimming class today. On the way we stopped at the park, it was nice to be in nature. I picked up a handful of old pines from pine needles, they smelt like pine and it's nice. I’ve spent so long in a city that very rare that I see any nature. While 4-year-old was in a swimming pool during this class, so I went to the adult pool and did some lengths. I waved to 4-year-old, he didn't recognise me at first. He thought I was a stranger. So I took off my cap and goggles and then he smiled and pointed me out to the swimming instructor.

I'm getting better at swimming too, not because I practice but because the testosterone makes a difference. So far I haven't had any negative experiences from taking testosterone. My testicles have shrunk but I guess I don't need them anyway. Yesterday my blood pressure was 160 over 90, it's a bit scary but I think it was just a temporary thing.

Girlfriend had her first proper contraction today. She had to hold on to the kitchen counter for support because the contraction was painful. She hasn't had any other contractions since that one though.
